Connect with fellow makers during our no-host Happy Hour (5-7pm, Sept. 22), leather shopping opportunities, and relaxed evening gatherings. Plus, join our private Facebook group before the retreat for Q&A and introductions.
Location & Travel
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tulsa - Just 10-15 minutes from Tulsa International Airport with complimentary shuttle service and free parking.
Special room rate: $141/night, $179.00 for suites. There is a 6% tribal transaction fee per room, per night.
Note that Thursday, August 27, 2026 is the last day to make hotel reservations. All rooms in the group room block will be released on this date, so please ensure your reservations are made by then.

Important Information & Policies
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by April 30, 2026 in writing to bagmakersworkshop@gmail.com.
A non-refundable $150 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No cancellations permitted after April 30, 2026.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance. The Makers Retreat accepts no responsibility for travel or other costs due to cancellations.
If The Makers Retreat is cancelled, you will be contacted immediately with a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.
Photography & Recording Release
By participating, you grant permission to The Bag Makers Workshop to use your image and voice captured during the event for advertisement purposes. No compensation will be provided.
Recording or live streaming of classes or demonstrations by participants is strictly prohibited. Only team members may record.
